Paragon Pups Canine Fitness and Conditioning

Have you ever felt like your dog could be an athlete, but just needs to understand where their feet are a bit better and they'd be GREAT??? Well I'll let you in on a secret, it's Canine Fitness! I can speak from experience, my dogs had no idea where they were putting their paws and were constantly looking silly while running really really fast. We started working with Michelle and Dolly is somehow even faster and Merle is way more confident in his tricks and where he is in space.

That being said this is a relatively new thing in the dog sports world that is starting to gain awareness. And we are lucky to have an Athletic Bark Brigade member who is super passionate on this topic!

Meet Michelle! She has three dogs, Echo, Dagon, and Nike who are all sport dogs! Echo competes in Rally Dagon in scentwork/nosework and Nike is an up and coming agility dog with a possibility of frisbee in her future!

Michelle offers in person and virtual classes on everything from puppy basics and teaching age appropriate conditioning to advanced things like cavaletti poles to senior dog fitness since we want our dogs to age with as much comfort as possible. And the best part is, this doesn't take a lot of time to see big results! If you can practice 3-4 times a week at dinner (10-15 minutes) then you can get a dog that's aware of where their feet are and one that's developing muscle that will help in every aspect of their lives!
